Attorney A. John Kim has been practicing immigration law as a specialty in Los Angeles, California since 2004. He is motivated to help improve the lives of Americans and aspiring immigrants who strive to better themselves through hard work and integrity. He hopes to accomplish this by helping those who wish to contribute to American values, the American way of life, the U.S. economy and serving those who need it most. Attorney Kim earned his law degree from the University of California at Hastings in San Francisco and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association and the American Bar Association. His legal experience includes criminal defense, experience with the California State Court and numerous law firms in immigration law and federal litigation. He also serves as Director of the law firm’s pro bono and charity program, Giv2 America, and is an expert in federal litigation, corporate, business, U.S. immigration and defense law.
